Rules
1. two 14 minute running halfs until under 1 minute then clocks stops on out of bounds, a spike, a timeout, penalty and a challenge. If not under a min. clock only stops on a spike or a Timeout or challenge

4. Holding - 7 Steps From The L.O.S.
5. False Start/Offsides - 5 Steps From The L.O.S.
6. Defensive Pass Interference - (If Accepted) Ball is Placed Where Penalty Occured
7. Offensive Pass Interference - (If Accepted) 10 Steps From The L.O.S.
8. Roughing The Passer - 7 Steps From The L.O.S
9. Illegal Touching - 5 Steps From Where the Penalty Was Occured
10. Illegal Foward Pass - 5 Steps From The L.O.S.
11. Chop block - 7 Steps From The Spot of Penalty
12. You Must Have Both Feet in Bounds For it To Be a llegal Catch
13. If You Lose a Challenge You Will be Charged With a Time Out
14. All Touchdowns Under One Minute Will be Automatically be Reviewed by The Referee
15. Accesive Celebration - 15 Steps Back on Kickoff or Extra Point
16. Must Punt Twice a Game and One of The Punts Must Land in Bounds and One Can Land in Bounds or Out of Bounds. If Both Punts End Up Out of Bounds, The Punting Team Must Punt a Third Time. You May Come to an Agreement With Other Teams on How Many Times Each Team Must Punt.
17. Face Mask (Bringing Someone Down by The Head -7 Steps From Spot of Penalty
18. If Ejected From Any Game That Player Must Sit on The Sidelines For The Remainder of The Game(Further Punishment or Suspension May be Added on After The Final Play of The Game)
19. Delay of Game - 3 Steps Back From The L.O.S.
20. Illegal Formation - 3 Steps Back From The L.O.S.
21. You Must Have a Minimum of 30 Plays in Your Play Book (At Least 4 Defense and at Least 8 Special Teams Plays, You Can Have More if You Like, But No Less
22. At Least 5 Players on The Field Each Play (Unless Said Otherwise)
23. You Are Allowed To Challenge Any Play At Any Point In The Game
24. Unsportsman Like Conduct - 15 Steps From The L.O.S. (+or-) (If Called On a Touchdown, The Touchdown Will Be Called Back)
25. Uneccasary Roughness - 15 Steps From The Spot of The Penalty (Touchdowns Will Be Called Back As Well)
26. Kickoff is Taken Place From The Front of The Endzones
27. On Touchdowns You Can Either Take The Seven Points or Go For The Two-Point Conversion, If Two Point Conversion Is Failed You Will Only Recieve 6 Points
28. Over Time Is two 3 Minute halfs and Nothing From The Regular Time Carries Over Into Over Time, You Recieve 1 Challenge and Two Timeouts
29. Horse Collar - 15 steps From Spot of The Penalty
30. You Play Two Overtimes, But If The Score Remains A Tie Then The Game Is Ended In A Tie(The Result In a Tie Only Applies For The Regular Season (Not Playoffs))
31. if you only have 4 people on PAT or Field goal, the opposing team may only send 1 person to block the field goal, if have five people only 2 people can attempt to block the field goal, if have 6 people may send three people to block the field goal.
32. No one is allowed to resign from there team unless they have a good reason and if denied by head coach, Player must appeal to head referee.
33. for a game to get delayed there has got to be lightning seen, or if there is no lightning seen both coaches must agree to delay the game, If agme is delayed must wait 15 mins then boath coaches check the field if field is not ready must wait ten mins to check again then if not ready again you keep checking every ten mins and if game is delayed more then a hour and 15 minutes game is cancelled.
34. Play clock is 25 seconds.
35.On a punt if a team has 4 guys you can only send two to go block the kick if they have 5 you can send 3 guys and so on.
36. After every season each team gets to add an extra dollar to there salary cap
37. Retired players can join any team they want but the coach can cut them, making them a free agent
